Celebrate this time-honored tradition with Natalie as VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with the Atlanta Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier as we host our very own version of a 'Boodle Fight'. A WWII custom in the Philippines where soldiers of all ranks gathered to compete for food and build camaraderie. Featuring:
- ATL's own "Adobo Tasting League" Contest where top adobo chefs go toe to toe with sips, bold flavors, sweet treats AND a keepsake goodie bag.
- Bid on unique, curated silent auction items like a Filipino specialty gift baskets, Buford Highway Food & Culture Tours, and artisan crafts.
- Indulge in the one-and-only Adobo Tasting Contest, where "ATL's" reigning Champ goes toe to toe with Michelin-awarded Chef and hot, up-and-coming chefs. Funds raised at the Boodle Fight will benefit the AAPI community and/or support women to purse their culinary dreams and passions in continuing education and supply expenses.
