A Year of Flavor, Culture and Community: Global Hearth’s 2025 Year in Review

A Year of Flavor, Culture and Community: Global Hearth’s 2025 Year in Review

As we look back on the past year, one word captures the heart of everything we’ve done at Global Hearth: collaboration.

In 2025, Global Hearth and The Sauce Maven—continued to grow as a space where food, culture, and community intersect. Through shared tables, immersive experiences, and values-aligned partnerships, we leaned fully into our mission of Cooking Up a Better World™—one story, one flavor, and one connection at a time.

Growing Impact Through Partnership

This year reaffirmed what we’ve always believed: the most meaningful work is never done alone. Alongside chefs, creatives, Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders, we co-hosted and participated in experiences that brought people together across cultures and backgrounds.

From food tours and pop-ups to panels, tastings, and celebrations, each collaboration reinforced our belief that food is one of the most powerful tools we have to build understanding, connection, and joy.

Celebrating Milestones That Matter

2025 was marked by meaningful milestones that brought our mission to life in powerful ways:

  • A retail home in Downtown Atlanta
We proudly launched Sauce Maven products at the newly opened Azalea Market, introducing our award-winning sauces to a vibrant, community-centered marketplace in the heart of the city.

  • Our Annual Lunar New Year Celebration
We welcomed more than 100 guests to our annual Lunar New Year celebration—an evening rooted in tradition, culture, and shared joy. Together, we honored heritage while creating space for learning, connection, and celebration.

  • Sunday Supper at the Farm
In partnership with Global Growers Network, we hosted Sunday Supper at the Farm—an intimate, curated dinner inspired by recipes from Egg Rolls & Sweet Tea. Set against the backdrop of local farmland, the evening celebrated farmers, storytelling, and the deep connections between food, land, and culture.

  • Immersive food & culture experiences
Throughout the year, we continued to host and collaborate on tours, tastings, pop-ups, and panels that invited participants to explore global cultures through local foodways—especially along Atlanta’s iconic Buford Highway corridor.

Strengthening Values-Aligned Collaborations

Partnership remains at the core of everything we do. In 2025, we were honored to continue collaborations with Georgia Grown, Garnish & Gather, and many other incredible partners who share our commitment to local sourcing, cultural storytelling, and community impact.

Together, we supported:

  • Local, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses

  • Creative entrepreneurs using food as a vehicle for connection and change

  • Local food and health initiatives

More Than Events—A Community

Every tour, celebration, and shared table this year reminded us that we are building something bigger than events or products. We are cultivating a community grounded in curiosity, respect, and joy—one where stories are shared, cultures are honored, and relationships are nurtured.

We are deeply grateful to our partners, hosts, sponsors, volunteers, and guests who trusted us, showed up, and helped transform ideas into impact. Your support allows us to continue growing this work with intention and heart.

Looking Ahead

As we move into the year ahead, we’re excited to deepen existing partnerships, welcome new collaborators, and continue creating experiences that celebrate culture, connection, and flavor through food.

Thank you for being part of our journey.
Here’s to another year of collaboration, community, and cooking up a better world—together.
